ROSPHOA Payment Options for Dues

We offer three easy ways to pay your $250 annual HOA dues per household. The dues year runs January 15 to January 14 of the following year.

Prorated Dues

If you join partway through the year, your dues will be prorated based on the month you move in:

• Calculate your prorated amount by multiplying $20.83 per month by the number of months remaining in the dues year (starting from your move-in month).

• Example: Joining in July? You pay for 6 months → 6 × $20.83 = $124.98.

👉 Important: When submitting payment, please include your move-in month or joining month so we can accurately calculate your dues.

➡ Please include your name and address in the Zelle notes so we can properly apply your payment.

➡ Select Friends & Family if available, and include your name and address in the payment notes.

➡ To avoid duplicate payments, please check your email for an order confirmation before resubmitting your payment using the PayPal app.
