Any resident of the ROSP neighborhood can become a member of the Neighborhood Association. It doesn't matter if you are renting or if you own your home. Neighborhood Association membership dues are only $200 per year, or $16.67 a month, and the benefits of membership are numerous. ​The fiscal year begins on January 15.

Membership dues are used to pay for the following: 

• Beautification of common areas: Water for the flowers, trees, and shrubs in common areas / Electricity for entrance lighting / Grounds maintenance / Holiday decorations / Common area repairs and improvements

• Printed materials: Neighborhood directory / Newsletters / Member packets

• Social activities: Block party / Poker / Golf / Meet and greet

• Administrative expenses: Website / Plano Homeowners Council

• Community bonding and communication among neighbors

• Access to member-only resources: Membership directory / Service providers / Financials / Board of Director minutes

• Eligibility to win "Yard of the Month"

• Protect or raise property values and keep the neighborhood looking good through awareness of the covenants

• Informed about crime watch and safety

 

How to pay dues? Choose one of the PayPal options:

• Annual (Begins Jan 15th of each calendar year)

• Pro-Rated Option (For new residents moving in after the annual time period has passed)
