Annual Dues Drive: We are close to meeting our budget goal, as 67% have paid their 2024. A heartfelt thank-you for your support, both financially and in time. We live in an exceptional neighborhood, and our people make it great.

Beautification: This is by far our most significant expense and investment in our neighborhood. Ben with Metro Landscaping recently planted begonias. The HOA and Beautification Committee are working with the City of Plano Street Contractors to restore the rock and plant placement. Denise Carrera wanted the neighbors to be aware that some of the sidewalks have a sticky substance bordering the edges.
