Sunday December 8th, 3pm-7pm was chosen to accommodate everyone’s busy Christmas schedule, but hopefully take advantage of an unseasonably warm Sunday afternoon. It’s the first of three events planned over the next year.
If the weather is forecast to be warm enough:
Toast the season with your neighbors and “Putt your way around Bayberry Court”. Bring a putter and lucky golf ball to make the Bayberry loop as you challenge each walkway for the lowest score and make new friends. Those aggregate walkways are more tricky than you think! The Plano Party Trailer has been reserved for tables and chairs. There will be music, holiday treats and festive eats confirmed the week-of, depending on weather. Unconfirmed until that week, we hope to include a Plano FD engine for the kids, and a Plano PD officer to talk about smart ideas for deterring burglary/theft.
If the weather is forecast as too cold or rainy:
An alternative indoor backup restaurant will be pre-arranged nearby to accommodate our group such as Kenny’s Italian, or the newly remodeled Blue Goose. This is tentatively set to include Karaoke for our group as well.
