April Yard of the Month Winner

The Ketner’s perennial shade plants, ferns and borders are blooming with spring color. Thank you to all our dues paying HOA Members for being eligible for the Yard of the Month award. Your landscaping efforts help keep our neighborhood beautiful.
July Yard of the Month: Boim's on Yorkshire Trl
Rachel and Yoav Boim are the homeowners at 4716 Yorkshire Trail and they are the July Yard of the Month Winners! They were nominated by a neighbor who saw the transformation of their yard. From very old and tired plants to new and updated landscaping.
Rachel was happy to win the $25 Gift Card from Calloway's because she is ready to add another plant to her front yard.
Congratulations Rachel and Yoav!
Thanks,
Ed

Yard of the Month Winner April 2018: Don & Teresa Pool
April 03, 2018
The Yard of the Month Winners for April is:
Teresa and Don Pool of 1500 Court Meadow
The Pools did a great job of improving their yard by adding a new wood fence and landscaping stones. Their yard is at one of the entrances to the neighborhood and this is an attractive update at a high visibility street.
The custom wood gate makes an excellent backdrop for their plantings.
Thank you Pools and congratulations on earning a $25 Calloway's Gift Card.
